Bu hatayı alıyosak stdole dosyasını application dosyalarına eklememiz gerekiyor.
Project properties’den “application files” butonuna basıp açılan kısımda altlarda “stdole” dosyası için include seçeneğini seçin.
Sonra tekrar publish edin.

Bu neden include diye seçili değil bilmiyorum!
